Wanna Resources partnered with a leading construction client to source and supply high-quality soffit boards used for external cladding applications. Manufactured from virgin-grade PVC, the product was sourced directly from trusted factories in China and shipped in multiple container loads to the client’s UK site.
Each order was colour-matched to specification, ensuring consistent finish and durability across all installations. By managing the sourcing, quality control, and logistics process end-to-end, Wanna Resources enabled the client to reduce material costs by over 50% while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Private Residential Project – Glazing & Home Gym Supply
Wanna Resources was commissioned by a private individual undertaking the construction of a high-end residential property featuring a luxury swimming pool and full home gym. This bespoke project required premium materials and precision sourcing, managed entirely at factory level through our trusted partners in China.
The project included architectural glazing systems with single glass panels measuring up to 4 metres by 2 metres, a motorised sliding glass door system, and a fully glazed ceiling above the swimming pool to maximise natural light and aesthetic impact. The 16m × 7m pool was also finished with custom-selected tiling, sourced directly to meet the client’s exact design vision.
In addition, Wanna Resources supplied a complete range of commerical-grade gym equipment for the client’s private fitness suite — all delivered at up to 50% less than UK retail pricing.

Hoarding Board Supply – Construction Signage Solutions
Wanna Resources supplies PVC hoarding boards to a long-term construction client, providing durable, high-quality panels used for site fencing, advertising, and safety signage around active development areas. These boards are essential for both public safety and project visibility, helping construction firms maintain a professional image while ensuring compliance on-site.
Manufactured from premium-grade PVC, these boards have become increasingly popular in recent years as a superior alternative to traditional timber options. PVC hoarding is suitable for both internal and external use, offering excellent weather resistance, durability, and a cleaner finish for indoor displays or controlled environments. The modern click-in installation system allows for faster, simpler assembly — reducing labour time and improving efficiency on-site.
The client receives one full container shipment each month, with all boards sourced directly from our partner factories in China and delivered straight from freight to the client’s location.
